Quantron AG has secured an order from HAMA Trucks in Augsburg, Germany, for a fleet of 38 battery-electric heavy commercial vehicles, totaling 16 million euros. The initial delivery is anticipated by the end of this year.

The order includes both tractor units and rigid trucks designed to accommodate swap-bodies. Additionally, all these vehicles are equipped with an aerodynamics package, developed by QUANTRON to enhance their range. all 38 vehicles have received funding from the German Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure (BMVD), benefiting from an 80% subsidy provided by the BMDV. The customer will also enjoy a comprehensive service/lease model, which includes financing and maintenance over the agreed term.
