Green Biofuels Ltd, which went into administration in October, has been sold to Certas Energy UK
Certas Energy UK, has been named as the buyer of Green Biofuels. In a letter sent by Green Biofuels to its creditors, it announced ”the Company’s business and certain assets were sold with effect from 22 November 2023 to Certas Energy UK Limited”.
